Section 32.1 of our Terms of Service commits us to keeping every prior version available. This page is that archive.
When we publish a revised version we post it here with its version number and the dates it was in force, so you can see exactly what you agreed to at any point, and what changed since.

Prior versions
There are none yet. Version 1.0 is the first published version of these Terms, so nothing has been superseded.
That is worth stating plainly rather than leaving this page blank: an empty archive is ambiguous — it could equally mean "no prior versions" or "we did not keep them." It means the former.
How changes are notified
Under Section 32 of the Terms:
- For a change that materially affects your rights or obligations, we give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect — by email to the workspace's owner and admins, or by prominent in-app notice.
- For a change that does not (a typo, a clarification, a new address), we post the updated version here and update the effective date.
- If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect, and Section 32.3 sets out what happens to fees already paid.
The same applies to the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
Requesting an older version
If you need a copy of a specific version — for a procurement file, a vendor review, or a dispute — email [email protected] and we will send it. If you need a countersigned copy of the DPA, ask at the same address.
